Darth Vader
Pros -
-Powerful lightsaber
-plenty of brute strength

Sephiroth
Pros -
-extremely fast
-can attack from a distance with 'draw-slash' (a move introduced in Crisis Core and Dissidia)
-has a single, large black wing with which he can fly
Cons -

His strength would allow him to knock Sephiroth back quite a distance after blocking, and his hammering offense might just be enough to wear Sephiroth down and open up room for a killing blow. And he doesn't hold back and enjoy the fight like Sephiroth does. He goes for the kill. He could also blow Sephiroth away in the Force, potentialy breaking every bone in his body or crushing his throat from a distance.
